  3. <Steps>Take the folded brochure and fold again vertically into quarters; then open the brochure and fold the longer edges together horizontally. Open the brochure. <Steps Numbers>2<NOSTYLE>
  4. <Steps>Make an incision along the horizontal center line between the outermost      vertical creases.

  7. <Steps>Fold the brochure in half horizontally, bringing the top edge down to the bottom edge.
